Escape to an award-winning luxury cabin for two on the Yorkshire Coast
Nestled in the village of Burniston, just one hour from York and perfectly placed between the Yorkshire Coast and the North York Moors, The Lodge Burniston is a peaceful woodland escape designed for couples seeking luxury, relaxation and nature.
Architect-designed. Rooted in nature.
Nestled among the trees, The Lodge was designed by North Yorkshire architect Andrew Hayes as a retreat from everyday life.
Natural materials, considered interiors, and a connection to the landscape create a space for slowing down.
SLEEPS 2 • 1 BEDROOM • 1 BATHROOM
More than just a place to stay.
The Lodge Burniston began with a simple idea: to create something special amongst the trees.
Architect-designed and carefully built around its woodland setting, no trees were felled to make way for the cabin. Instead, The Lodge was designed to sit quietly within the landscape.
Inside, natural materials and considered details bring a sense of calm. Outside, a cast-iron bath sits beneath the trees, with the Yorkshire coast and North York Moors waiting beyond.
